We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

4. Free Shipping

Orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is only available for deliveries within the United States.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. GOWN GALORE LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package to james@gowngaloreclothing.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us at james@gowngaloreclothing.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return upon receiving your package.
